Welcome to my site, RRDANIEL2.ORG

Greetings.

I'm Robert R. Daniel Jr., a.k.a. rrdaniel2. For those  you don't know me yet, here are a few elements of my professional and intellectual identity. I have been teaching French language, literature and culture courses for 26 years. Over the last decade or so, I have extended my repertoire by developing and teaching  interdisciplinary courses, by pursuing scholarly projects in a multiple realms and by designing and using online modules and other instructional content.

This site bundles together digital objects, scholarly writing, and streams of information. It includes links that may be of interest to those who share my enthusiasms  or who take delight in topics and ideas like the ones that inspire me (the humanities, cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary work, collaboration in general, capability theory, research on human and animal cognition, learning theories, ethics, connectivism, anthropology, innovation, leadership theory, creativity, pedagogy, digital technologies, and "big picture" thinking).

For the moment, the site points toward scholarly projects, course designs, instructional content, links to workshop and training materials, opportunities to sample or to take part in collaborative efforts and, in a few cases, some of my own digital credentials and products.
